Talent Recruitment Outpost - Pre-employment Internship Program for Current Students

Since 2022, PSMC has been promoting its "University Student Pre-Job Internship Program." This program helps students gain early exposure to the workplace, understand company operations and culture, cultivate professional attitudes and teamwork skills, and is considered an important source of talent for the company's long-term talent development.

In 2025, PSMC held a total of fourteen 2026 Pre-Employment Internship Information Sessions at different universities. These sessions provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the internship program, and encouraged them to jump at the chance to apply for corporate internships. A total of 828 students attended the sessions. In 2025, a total of 350 students applied for the intern engineer position. After a two-stage interview process, 18 interns were selected. Each intern was assigned a full-time employee as a mentor to help them become familiar with the work environment. After completing a 2- to 3-month internship, 14 students received pre-employment offers and expressed their willingness to join PSMC upon graduation. Since the Program was launched, we have had 21 interns become formal PSMC employees after graduating. This demonstrates the substantial results yielded by the Program in talent development and retention.
