    All newly installed process eauipment using fluorinated gases in the fab have been eauiped with combustion-type exhaust gas treatment systems. In addtion, existing process exhaust treatment equipment has been replaced and upgraded to expand the treatment scope. The total carbon reduction reached 42,405 metric tons of CO2e, which is equivalent to the annual carbon absorption of approximately 110 Da'an Parks.
