Creating the work capacity of tomorrow: Systematically enhancing AI data abilities

With the current wave of fast-evolving technologies, generative AI continues to serve as the core momentum driving corporate transformation. This year, we took a more forward-looking step by implementing deep AI applications. In 2025, we held 3 AI technology talks, at which professors from National Taiwan University, National Chengchi University, and Yuan Ze University graced us with their wisdom. From the evolutionary history of generative AI to industrial applications and corporate practice, they brought our employees new, inspirational perspectives. 1,230 employees attended, and average post-lecture satisfaction was 94%.

In addition to bringing in outside expertise, our internal information technology team continues to invest in AI smart assistant development, to create multiple AI assistant systems that closely align with business needs. These cover document creation, information collation, data analysis, internal GPT, and other functions. The purpose is to make AI become employees’ best assistants in their daily work, optimizing and enhancing every employee’s work efficiency. To help employees understand the tools and put them effectively to work, we have also held multiple data analysis practice courses. The small class design and practical focus help employees learn how to use data, insight, and information to really make AI’s strengths a part of their daily work.

In the future, PSMC will introduce more AI training courses and application tools, to create an organization that is smarter, more agile, and more equipped with innovation. We do this in hopes of helping every employee get to grips with AI, get good at AI, and gradually enhance the company’s overall competitiveness, so we can work together to create the next chapter in the smart corporate transformation.
