PSMC formally established the Digital Transformation Committee, which implements smart manufacturing. Centered on production, processes, terminals, and smart diagnosis, the committee brings together factory experts and AIoT infrastructure, to connect machine and subsystem parameters in implementing digital transformation projects.

Semiconductor Academy Program

PSMC participates actively in the Semiconductor Institute Program within the structure of National Key Fields Industry-University Cooperation and Skilled Personnel Training. PSMC acts as a key partner in industry-academia collaboration, continuing to invest resources in supporting high-end semiconductor talent development.

Pre-employment Internship Program

Since 2022, PSMC has been promoting its "University Student Pre-Job Internship Program." This program helps students gain early exposure to the workplace, understand company operations and culture, cultivate professional attitudes and teamwork skills, and is considered an important source of talent for the company's long-term talent development.

Waste sulfuric acid recycled and reused by the manufacturer

In accordance with the operating philosophy of sustainable operations and green production, PSMC has moved away from the traditional recycling design mode of emission → collection → outsourcing processing. Instead, we consider the feasibility of reusing chemical waste liquids within the fab.

In the course of its industrial development, PSMC continues to make efforts to protect and maintain biodiversity. In response to international concerns about biodiversity and forest conservation, we have formulated the “PSMC Biodiversity and Non-Deforestation Policy” to demonstrate our commitment to the conservation of the ecological environment through the monitoring and promotion of corporate sustainable governance.
